It's 10:15pm. The night is still young for a Wednesday. The rain has been going on non-stop since the early hours of the morning. You wouldn't believe it was the first day of summer.
The music is playing at full volume in my room, whilst I lay on my bed with my outside doors wide open. The smell of the rain fills me from head to toe whilst the music soaks into my skin.
There are no stars out, unfortunately, as i needed one to wish on.
One to tell me everything would be okay.
One to say that all my true friends will be there in the end.
One to welcome new things into my life.
One to invite in the good and kick out the bad.

In two weeks my whole life has changed dramatically.
I have changed, and not for the better.
I used think drinking was disgusting, now its what i want.
I used to think taking a pill for something that you didn't have, like anxiety, was bad. It seems to help me through my days.
I used to hate thinking about my 'depression', now i seem to do it a lot.

Rain, just pour down and wash me away from this reality.

And what I hate the most? All this change, this depression, its affecting my fucking writing. My one and only escape from this earth. Well, not anymore.
